Maybe preorders aren't an option and it will be difficult to come up with the funds to get started. So start small if you want. Order 20 four-packs of magnets for $133.60. When you sell them for $15 each, you'll have $300 to purchase more. Keep going and continue earning funds for your church.

Don't worry about time. Once we have everyting setup we'll put you first for reorders and get those magnets (or coasters) to you ASAP so you can continue raising money at a quick rate.
