Are you afraid of clowns? Ghosts? Dolls? Spiders? Mirrors? The dark?
There's a radical new way to fight your phobias, but first, here's some practical advice.
Gradually expose yourself to a fear. If you're afraid of clowns, have a friend dress up as a clown and see how long you can last. Tell them to take the mask off when you can't stand it anymore.
Take deep breaths to control your fear. If you're afraid of spiders, take a deep breath soon as you see one.
Understand the phobia and learn more about it. If you're afraid of ghosts, read up more about the "other side" and become an expert.
Join a support group that has the same phobia as you. I'm sure there's support group that's afraid of dolls on Facebook.
Finally, there's a radical new way that Dr. Flooding has come up with that will instantly remove your fear.
He'll strap you in a chair so that you can't move, then put the fear directly in front of you.
