1. Make sure your book is different than everyone else’s book.

I have 3,000 author friends on social media and to be honest, most of the books that are posted on social media look the same along with what they say about their books.

Change it up! Give people are reason to click on your link.

Example, “It doesn’t matter that I have a new book out. All that matters is that you’ll never look at books the same way again.” (If an author said this, I would be so curious that I would click on the link.)

2. Narrow down your Target Audience.

Establishing a niche is critical. The one person that finds your books will likely know many similar people who’ll love your books as well!

3. Build feel-good stories on social media.

Here’s how most authors post on social media:

“My new book Vampire Secrets is now available on Amazon!”

Here’s how you should be posting on social media:

“Can you have deep, emotional feelings for a vampire? Read this free sample of Vampire Secrets to learn more.”

4. Reward your Loyal Fans.
